Pip's lesson this week :)

Started with drive to the toy through the grid - super concentration and drive - Karen commented on his drive :) He even started off doing it with her whilst I got the treats from the car for the contact work. Used the blue ball today. He did do a bit of running off with it - but came back to the start of the exercise. We did the grid a few times and he was just fab. Then weaves - he LEGGED it through the channels. Awesome puppy. Then we worked on 6 weaves and probably got 80%. Used the ball to drive too with Karen standing on it if he failed to attempt the weaves - he soon worked it out and we had some super weaves. Worked this a bit with the drive to the ball and entries from a way away. He was a good boy and although he still lacks confidence he loves using his his brain and thinking about it and is so proud when he gets it right.

Moved on to contacts still working low height. For the first one Karen put the lid down as he came over and he nose touched perfectly. Did some really good drive to targets. then started putting the ball out too so he had to drive to target nose touch and then release to ball. Took him a while to get him to realise what I wanted then he did it well.

Finished with a fabulous DW and perfect touch and drive off. Then did a see saw which he was fab on.

Last thing we did jump 6 weaves, jump to 6 weaves on an angle - he got the first 6 perfectly and then picked up the 2nd 6 although missed a couple. Very pleased with him today :)
