A new name for Pip

Karen has stopped calling him Pip-istril now he is called Pip-iskill. She is as pleased with him as I am - he's being such a star. He even got a christmas pressie which he played with and loved! Makes me so happy when people like Karen compliment him and say how good he is :)

So we worked on ...

diagonal jump grid - drive to toy - wings parallel, Did good :) Much better at bringing toy back to me too and even came back with it and played tug a few times.

then did some weaves - 4 sets of 4 with play between, then 2 & 3 were continuous. then added front crosses between 1&2 and 3&4. He got it right when I got the bosy position right. Did a couple in channels to drive to toy.

Finished with some contacts. these are looking better and he is driving to the touch then to the toy. but still likes the idea of driving to the toy and not waiting for the touch!

Finally did some rear cross on jumps. He breezed this - jump, Rear cross, jump and drive to toy - tell him to go run and ofcourse he didnt but came straight back.

I grinned through the whole lesson :)

Over Christmas just going to keep up with the weave and contact training - not worried about doing anything else with him.
