Christmas and boxing day.

Christmas day -walked all 3 dogs together as Tony came with me :)

Got half way round the fields and saw people with a dog coming down the hill, so we detoured into the orchards. Caught up bonnie and Pops and Pipski came running over to see what was happening saw caught him and played tuggy - went down the road and back into thee fields by the nursery school. Let them off again all the way back and did some recalls with the girls - Pip always came when BOnnie and Pops did - otherwise ignored him unless he came to me when he got lots oof prase and treats. Again caught up the big dogs and Squeak came running to see what was happening so caught and played.

BOxing day - I did lots of playing and cue work on the yard, annd then took him in the arena on a long line and did some wait and recalls - maybe 10 in total some running some stationary,, some to my left and some to my right, and a few waits and returns - no attempts to bog off :)

The went and did a couple of go round the wing exercises which weent very well so left it at that.

Later took him in the field and did lots of ready steady go with me running away and mostly he came well and tugged with me. The one ocasion he just sat and watched me I ran and hid beind the truck and he ran to find me.

So next few days plan to do at least 20 recalls a day on the pupppy lline in various places. And continue with the ignoring him on walks bit.

Oh and in the stables in the morning we're doing llot of tugging and making him wait thn come for the tuggy - thhat is working really well. Also have taught him to weave my legs - now got to teach going under a raised leg lol and must do fish and chips!
