this was rather a last minute thing as she said on mon that she had a space and I thought it woul be good to go somewhere new.
GOt there, walked him round a bit, felt a bit odd that there were two "watchers" but decided they didnt matter and got on with it. After a quick sniff round we did some circles and waits and some tug to warm him up.
Then started. Bless him he was so focussed as soon as I asked foor work! Started with some jumps. There was a jumping line with wall, spread (3 poles so low, high low, and theen a ong jump. ) He's never seen a wa and never seen a spread like that! We warmed up on a single jump then jump tunnel, theen tunnel jump - all good.
Then did a low jump grid both ways which he found no problem.
So started the line with the spread then long jump - did them fine but B said his shape could be better as he was getting in very deep to first pole and landing a long way out. SO added a ground pole and he flew it. Then the wall. Did just that first and he just jumoed it :) Added it to the line which meant he actualy couldnt see me when I released but he still did it perfectly. SLight hiccup when we added a tyre after the wall as he couldnt see it on take off for the wall and so went round, but did it again and he went straight through. Gave him a rest and went and walked the jumping course.
3 jumps at right angles (so he could have bounced them - then run up to a signle jump on a slight angle - back on yourself for the next jump with was part 2 of a serp with the DW as the 3rd.
SLight prob as he kept going under first jump - but with a change to my arm height (too low) and position (too wide) he did it well then combined first 3 then all 5. When I got the handling right he was fabulous :)
Had another break and did his dogwalk and worked the release as had been doing - he was so good - broke and straight though the tunnel which was directly in front and the way I was runnimg!. Then worked on the Afram - he flew over and nose touched really well.
He was so good - ignoring all the vehicles going up and down and all the noises etc. Finished with a bit of foundation work - ladder, box etc. and then took him for a walk round the deer enclosure.
