Borrowed the long trailer and drop side truck from Pete & Sharon, that takes 40 on the truck and we had 70 on the trailer - but could have got another 40-50 easily.
Hay £3.50 and Straw £1.75 a bale :)
John says he will be very short this winter so VERY happy to get that lot in. Barn and boat shed are full!
Pippy and the girls didnt do a lot due to the heat - they ran about in the fields and helped us unloaded hay (Pip and Bonnie loved the trailer lol) Pip did one bit of weave training and no jumping until Sun evening as just too hot. Jumping was a little hit and miss still - I've put bottom rails on just to help him for a few days and this morning was much better.
Mon weave work was fab - he has got 2 lots of 2 sloping at a distance now. Need to work the arc on that a bit though.
