Tapas and Cream Teas

We have a habit of going to try a Tapas restaurant whenever we are away... this holiday has been no exception with a visit to the Rock Island Bistro and Tapas at Mawgan Porth. And it got a huge  from us!!! Straight in at No1 on the list smile.gif

Then today we had our, ermmmm......, 4th? cream tea. At a lovely Farm about 5 mins from where we are staying - beautiful tea garden, beautiful view, lovely house, smashing people. AND dog friendly. Yep - straight to NO1 in the Cream Tea stakes biggrin.gif

Weather was cloudy and colder today - so the families went to family places, and the beach was nice and relatively empty for dog walking. Took Bonnie and Pops for about an hour along Perranporth beach, whilst Pip slept in the car after another early morning playdate with Jenna Puppy. She's a Cromwell Terrier (?) Not come across them before but shes a wee bit smaller than Pip, although 3 weeks old, and so tenacious. They played really well together, with a couple of time outs when they got a tiny bit carried away. They totally remembered one another from yesterday tho and there was no shyness today - just full on play and chase.

Home tonight then - am a wee bit nervous about Monday as its Pip's first jab. wibble.gif he'll be 10 weeks then and is strong and healthy, but still a bit concerned about it.
